Yesterday I taught my first workshop of 2014 and this year’s first students were great! Once again I am reminded how varied the ideas can be from using just four different folds. Every batch of students comes up with different ways to combine them and create interesting samples and cuffs. I always have a great time.

This time we had people who all had at least some experience working with metal, though the levels were varied. I tried to get photos of everyone’s pieces, but sometimes students are shy or too quick for me to get photos before they pack all their things.

I am hoping to have another fold forming workshop scheduled for later this spring or perhaps early summer. I can’t wait!
