Yesterday was the opening reception for Handmade Holidays 4 at Some Things Looming in Reading, PA. The set up is fabulous and there is such a great mix of pieces. As you would expect, there are a lot of fiber pieces – hats, scarves, purses, plush toys. There are also ceramic bowls (though those were going fast!), woodturnings by Ted Rasmussen, ornaments, plenty of jewelry, and even some paintings by a local graffiti artist, Saint Sanchez. (If you’re looking to get me something, I love the painting of his with the flowers and the paper airplane.)

There are so many great pieces and all at great prices. If you’re looking for a unique gift or just want to shop local and handmade this year, make sure to check it out.
