Fun Links on a Sick Day

Today I’m not feeling too well so I’m just messing around on the computer.  Here are some fun and interesting links that I’ve “stumbled” over.

  • Musicovery – Online radio station where you can change it by mood and genre.  It offered me New Order, so I was happy…until it played Yngwie Malmsteen
  • DIY – Gift Bags out of junk mail!
  • Ever wonder what the best adhesive to use to hold different materials together is?  Check out This to That to find out the best option.
  • Make your own Steampunk goggles with this tutorial from Fenris Designs (where you would wear them to is your problem)
  • I was looking at someone’s drawing and thinking “They should really learn how to draw hands” when this blog came along explaining how to do just that!  It’s from an Analytical Figure Drawing class.
  • A seeming simple puzzle where you have a certain number of guesses to get the four colors right.
  • And I bet you never knew how cute sloths are.

Hopefully I’ll be feeling better soon so I can show you some actual jewelry.  I will have a review of Guy Kawasaki’s new book, Enchantment, up in the next couple of days, so stay tuned.
